Frequently Asked Questions

What makes you different from other subscription based coffee services?

We are hugely passionate about both coffee and sustainability.

We will always handpick and trial any coffee we send out to ensure we are happy with each months products before you receive anything.

We will only ever work with roasters who share our vision of long term sustainability.

We have taken a lot of time to source the perfect packaging that is recycled, recyclable and is the perfect size for 2 bags of coffee as to keep any waste to an absolute minimum. (And our box design is super cool, so you wont want to throw them away after).

What does 'giveaways' mean?

Each month we will do giveaways for our subscribers. Could be extra coffee, brewing accessories or even an espresso machine. We want to continue to thank you for being involved in our journey.

Will the coffee be fresh?

Of course! All the coffees that we send out with be roasted to order.

How fresh is too fresh?

Before brewing your freshly roasted coffee, it's important to let it rest so the flavours can fully develop. We suggest waiting 6 to 14 days from the roast date, which is printed on the bag. Brewing is a personal experience, so feel free to experiment and discover the resting time that best suits your taste.

Do you offer ground coffee?

All coffee will be available in both whole bean and ground options. You can choose your preferred grind when ordering on our site. For Kickstarter backers, we'll reach out to confirm your preference for how you'd like your coffee delivered. If we don't hear back, we'll assume you'd like it as whole bean.

What countries do you ship to?

Our subscriptions are currently available only within the UK, but we plan to expand to more European countries in the future.

Is postage included in the monthly price?

Yes! We have included UK delivery into the simple monthly payment.

Am I tied into anything when I subscribe?

Absolutely not. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
